This is our special time together
Let us light the candle
It is a really hard time for us all at the moment, adjusting to a different way of life. Today we are going to look at a story when the disciples were scared but Jesus helped them through it.

In the story the disciples were scared and they didn't know what to do. Jesus was there for them and calmed the storm. During this difficult time we need to remember that this will pass and that God will look after us.
Draw a picture of a storm on a blank piece of paper and then on the other side draw the sun.
Then each day this week look at the storm and think about all your worries and if you want, tell them to God.
Then turn the page and look at the sun. Spend some time thinking about all the good things you have.
If you wish, say a prayer.
